Our pos product support is provided via the internet. All issues relating to software operation will be handled by email only.
Requirements and procedures:
- Free installation online remote support is provided for all installations
- All questions and program operational issues must be emailed to us. We will respond with an email response within 24 hours. Your issue must be well documented with exact details to duplicate the problem.
- When you purchase one of our pos products you must purchase a copy of "Laplink Gold12" ($99) from us or on your own. This communications package performs two functions. It allows us to duplicate service issues on your computer directly, and it provides "file synchronization" for mult-store office to home file transfers.
- Laplink Gold12 must be turned on in the background in advance for live support.

- Out of warranty phone support is available at $60 per hour, $15 minimum.
- Please don't hesitate to contact us for your special programming needs for any of our pos software systems. Email your requirements to our development team, they will respond with a fixed amount quotation or an estimated hours to completion. Our standard hourly rate is $60 per hour.
- All special programming will be completed, prior payment, an email will be sent to customer, requesting payment via PayPal . Programming are charged as $10 units. Example: A $100 of special programming is, Quantity(10) * Units($10) = $100 .
- Add to cart for prepayment of any special programming, completed and waiting for download to customer, after PayPal payment.
