Technical support
Our pos product support is provided via the internet. We provide phone assistance for installation issues only. All issues relating to software operation will be handled by email only. We do provide personal phone support on a cost basis.
Requirements and procedures:
- Free installation phone support is provided for all installations
- All questions and program operational issues must be emailed to us. We will respond with an email response within 24 hours. Your issue must be well documented with exact details to duplicate the problem.
- When you purchase one of our pos products you must purchase a copy of "Laplink Gold12" ($99) from us or on your own. This communications package performs two functions. It allows us to duplicate service issues on your computer directly, and it provides "file synchronization" for mult-store office to home file transfers.
- Laplink Gold12 must be turned on in the background in advance for live support.
