Our license agreement
HANDS-ON SOFTWARE SYSTEMS. reserves the right to make improvements in the
product described in the manual at any time and without notice. All
program updates will be posted to the HANDS-ON SOFTWARE SYSTEMS web site and it
is the sole responsibility of the end user to download these
updates.
LIMITED WARRANTY ON MEDIA. HANDS-ON SOFTWARE SYSTEMS INC. warrants the CD-ROM on
which the software is recorded to be free from defects in materials and faulty
workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days after the date of the
original purchase. If during the 90 day period a defect in the CD-Rom should
occur, the CD-Rom should be returned for replacement without charge, provided
that you have completed the enclosed registration form and returned it or
registered via the internet, to HANDS-ON SOFTWARE SYSTEMS INC. Your sole remedy
in the event of a defective CD-ROM is limited to the replacement of the CD-ROM
as provided above.
Support policies
We take pride in offering complete customer support for our software. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. Please down load a Demo Program and evaluate for complete satisfaction before purchasing .There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:
- We will support all service requests for WinTrs-Pos-Deluxe free of charge for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. After this period service charges will be billed at $60 per hour.
- We do not offer free support on WinTrs-Pos-Lite and WinTrs-Pos-Standard. We do however over support at $60
- Special programming is available for an additional cost. Please submit a complete description and requirements via email. We will evaluate and quote you a price.
Refund policy
Our pos systems are classified as software and, as such, are usually not refundable. We gladly offer refunds on any items that prove to be incompatible with your particular computer configuration. If you have installation problems with any product, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue.
